Barb's Precious Rescue cares for hundreds of cats in Palatine

A Palatine rescue and adoption center is going on 10 years of saving thousands of cats thanks to Barb Weber. Over the years, Barb purchased a home for the cats. A donation by a late volunteer is now helping the rescue build a medical center for the animals.
