What's next for U.S. aid to Israel, Ukraine?

It was a big weekend for U.S. lawmakers. After months of delay, the House of Representatives passed a $95 billion foreign aid package for Ukraine, Israel and Taiwan. But even though the bill had strong bipartisan support, House Speaker Mike Johnson's job is still on the line.
