Amber Alert issued for missing 2-year-old girl from Milwaukee

FOX 32 NEWS - An Amber Alert was issued Monday afternoon for a 2-year-old girl missing from Milwaukee.
Authorities are searching for Noelani Robinson, who is believed to be with 34-year-old Dariaz Higgins.
Higgins is believed to be armed and dangerous. He is also goes by Dariaz Taylor and Dariaz Lewis.
They were last seen driving a 2014 black Cadillac with Florida license plate #HVCZ95.
Milwaukee Police say Higgins was supposed to return Noelani to her mother on Monday but the exchange never took place.
