CHICAGO - Chicago police are looking for a man suspected of carjacking and robbing a person earlier this year in the Morgan Park neighborhood.
The incident happened on Aug. 26 around 11 a.m. in the 9800 block of South Halsted Street. Investigators say the suspect waited for the victim to return to their car, then pulled out a weapon and demanded personal belongings before driving off in the stolen vehicle.
Police describe the suspect as a Black man between 18 and 20 years old, about 5-foot-6 to 5-foot-8, wearing a white T-shirt with "VLONE" written on the front, gray and black jogging pants, and Asics gym shoes.
