Man shot outside Chicago residence: police

CHICAGO - A man was shot in Chicago's Gresham neighborhood Tuesday afternoon. 

At about 3:50 p.m., a 23-year-old man was in front of a residence in the 8000 block of South Marshfield when he was shot in the right side by an unknown offender, police said.

The victim was transported to an area hospital in good condition.

Area Two detectives are investigating.
