Illinois girl, 9, crowned Miss Petite Chicago for 2nd year
CHICAGO - A 9-year-old girl from Plano, Illinois was just crowned Miss Petite Chicago for the second year in the row.
Alize Rodriguez won the title at the Rainbow Dance Competition in mid-April. She has been dancing since she was three years old.
"I practice before I go to school, after I am out of school, and before I go to dance," Rodriguez said.
She was inspired to start dancing by watching her role model Jennifer Lopez.

Her passion for dancing has won her first place in her dance division. She won of over the judges with her solo performance "Queen."
Rodriguez said that every time she steps on the stage it makes her feel good.
