Car veers off Edens Expressway into water
A vehicle on the Edens Expressway in suburban Northbrook went off the road Tuesday and into a body of water.
NORTHBROOK - On Tuesday, a driver on the Edens Expressway in suburban Northbrook died after their vehicle went off the road and into a body of water.
The accident happened near the exit for Dundee Road.
Police say the driver suffered a medical emergency and drove through a fence, ending up in the water alongside the highway.
