Gloria J. Taylor Foundation to award college scholarships at banquet today

The Gloria J. Taylor Foundation has sent 5,000 students to the college of their choice since its founding in 1996. The foundation honors Gloria Taylor who was the first Black woman elected to office in the city of Harvey. She had a passion for education and giving back to the community.
