Oak Lawn police officer expected in court after allegedly beating teenager during arrest

Oak Lawn officer Patrick O'Donnell is expected to be back in court Thursday in connection to a violent arrest last summer. Video shows O'Donnell repeatedly punching a teenager who fled law enforcement while being arrested. O'Donnell is out on bond.
