Fmr. schools CEO Paul Vallas joins open school rally

Recently when some Arlington Heights parents and students rallied for officials to open schools, they had a big name join in to support them. Former CEO of Chicago Public Schools, Paul Vallas, says students are being held hostage by the policies of decision makers.
