Sheriff's police on the lookout for fugitive Elfon D. Shelf

KANKAKEE COUNTY, Illinois (Fox 32 News) - The Kankakee County Sheriff's Police were on the lookout Christmas Eve for one of the season's naughtiest characters: Elfon D. Shelf.
The Department's warning stated that Shelf is wanted for breaking and entering, criminal trespassing and loitering.
