Toddler shot dead in Chicago

CHICAGO (Fox 32 News) - A 2-year-old boy was shot and killed in Chicago on Saturday.

Julien Gonzalez was in an alley way in the Hermosa neighborhood at 10:15 p.m. when a party on the next block over spilled outside. Witnesses say two women were arguing, and someone opened fire.

An 18-year-old man was shot in the leg. Gonzalez, who was standing with that man, was shot in the neck.

The family refused to speak to Fox 32 News. No one is in custody.

The local alderman is planning a vigil at 6 p.m. on Monday at the shooting scene.
