Cirque du Soleil takes on the world of Avatar with 'TORUK - The First Flight'

CHICAGO (FOX 32 NEWS) - If you're still in shock and awe over the 2009 blockbuster Avatar, you're not going to want to miss this.

A new Cirque du Soleil touring show, inspired from James Cameron's record-breaking movie, is coming to the United Center from Aug. 3 through Aug. 7.

Titled "TORUK - The First Flight," the performance explores the distant world of Pandora through the eye-popping storytelling that Cirque du Soleil is known for.

Illinois native and star of the show, Stacey Magiera, joins Good Day Chicago to preview the performance, show off some of her amazing moves and talk about the painstaking preparation of putting it all together.
