2 women robbed at gunpoint in Wicker Park

CHICAGO - Two women were robbed at gunpoint Sunday night in the Wicker Park neighborhood.

The women, who are both 25, were parking their vehicle around 8:30 p.m. when two males got out of a red sedan and stole their purses, wallets and phones at gunpoint in the 1500 block of North Bell Avenue, according to police.

No one was injured during the robbery.

There is no one in custody. Area Five detectives investigate.
