6 injured—3 critically—in Lincolnwood crash
LINCOLNWOOD (Sun-Times Media Wire) - Six people were injured Friday evening in a four-car crash in north suburban Lincolnwood.
One car flipped and another had extensive front-end damage after the 7:30 p.m. pileup at Tripp and Touhy avenues, according to the Lincolnwood Fire Department. A woman had to be extricated from one of the vehicles.
Three people were taken to hospitals in critical condition and another was listed as fair, fire officials said. oTwo others declined medical attention.
All lanes were open as of 11:30 p.m.
