There was a special birthday celebration for a World War II veteran in Aurora over the weekend.

There was a special birthday celebration for a World War II veteran in Aurora over the weekend.

Ray Moore turned 100 on Sunday, and Mayor Richard Irvin declared it "Ray Moore Day."

Moore enlisted in the Air Force in 1942. He later came home and worked with the Burlington railroad.
