Austin man never said he would help Chicago police

FOX 32 NEWS - Ten days ago, FOX 32 interviewed a man who told us Chicago police have called him a gang leader in the Austin neighborhood. As FOX 32 reported, Kevin Watson insisted he is not a gang leader. We also reported that he's on the side of the police.

However, while he told FOX 32 he would like to see violence reduced, he never told us he is siding with police. He says he has never worked with police and has no plans to help them in the future.
