Nearly 100 breast cancer survivors and their families were honored at Soldier Field on Sunday.

Advocate Health Care and Chicago Bears teamed up for the "Real Bears Fans Wear Pink Game" to raise awareness about breast cancer.

One in eight women will develop breast cancer during their lifetime.

Breast cancer survivors and fighters were recognized before the game, holding a pink flag on the field.
