Bicyclist shot in West Pullman Saturday

CHICAGO - A bicyclist was shot Saturday in West Pullman on the Far South Side.

The man, 20, was riding his bike about 3:45 p.m. in the 12400 block of South Michigan Avenue when someone opened fire, Chicago police said.

The man was struck in the buttocks and hand and taken to Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, police said. His condition was stabilized.

Area Two detectives are investigating.
