CHICAGO - A 14-year-old boy was shot Friday night on Chicago's South Side.
Around 8:20 p.m., police say the teenage victim was near the sidewalk in the 6400 block of S. Parnell Ave. when he was struck in the foot by gunfire.
The boy was taken to Comer Children's Hospital in good condition, police said.
