Man found fatally shot on West Side: police

CHICAGO - A 32-year-old man was found shot to death in East Garfield Park Sunday morning. 

Police say the victim was found with a gunshot wound to his chest in the 3000 block of West Madison Street just before 6 a.m.

He was pronounced dead on scene.
