A café in Chicago's Budlong Woods neighborhood was burglarized early Wednesday morning.

Police say a male offender pried open the rear door of a business in the 5300 block of North Lincoln Avenue with a crowbar just before 1:30 a.m.

When he got inside, he took an unknown amount of cash before fleeing.

There is no one in custody. Area Three detectives are investigating.
