CHICAGO - A woman allegedly pepper-sprayed dogs who were inside their own yard in Chicago on Saturday.
The alleged incident happened in Albany Park. A woman who lives on West Eastwood said that her two dogs were pepper-sprayed by a stranger.
The woman said that the dogs were inside their own fenced-in area when they were pepper sprayed.
