NEW YORK (FOX 5 NY) - The NYPD is asking for help identifying an elderly woman who fell on the street in Queens.
The unidentified woman took a tumble in the area of Kissena Boulevard and Holly Avenue in Flushing on August 29 at about 8:30 p.m.
She was taken to NY Presbyterian Hospital in Queens in stable condition.
Police released a photo of her from her hospital bed where she appears to have suffered an injury to her eye and forehead.
She is described by police as Asian with salt and pepper hair, 4'9", 110lbs with a thin build.
She was wearing a black and white plaid long sleeved shirt, a light colored shirt with a floral print, gray pants and black sneakers at the time of the fall.
