CHICAGO - All CTA train and bus service will be suspended Monday night starting at 9:30 p.m. and won’t resume until 6 a.m. Tuesday morning.
CTA officials made the announcement in a tweet just before 7:30 p.m. The order came “at the request of public safety officials.
Once trains and buses resume service at 6 a.m., they will continue to not service stops in or near the downtown area, CTA said. Transit service may be subject to disruptions depending on public activity.
