Englewood drive-by shooting leaves man wounded
CHICAGO - A 23-year-old man was wounded in a drive-by shooting Saturday morning in the Englewood neighborhood.
The man was standing outside around 4:20 a.m. when a black Kia pulled up and someone inside started shooting in the 6200 block of South Emerald Drive, police said.
The victim was shot once in the leg and was taken to Stroger Hospital where he was listed in good condition.
No one is in custody as Area One detectives investigate.
