Fat Rice reopens under news name NoodleBird

Fat Rice is reopening under the new name NoodleBird a year later after shutdown.

A once-popular Chicago restaurant Fat Rice is reopening under a new name.

The restaurant will reopen as NoodleBird.

The Logan Square restaurant closed in June 2020 after employees accused the owners of racism and creating a hostile work environment.

NoodleBird is set to open at 2957 W. Diversey Ave in early August.
