FBI searching for couple involved in Buena Park bank robbery

CHICAGO (STMW) - The FBI is searching for a man and woman involved in a bank robbery last week in the Buena Park neighborhood on the North Side.

The robbery happened at the TCF Bank branch at 4355 N. Sheridan Rd. at 5:15 p.m. Dec. 10, according to the FBI.

The woman walked into the bank, handed the teller a note demanding cash, and ran off with an unspecified amount of money, according to the FBI.

She was described as a 5-foot-2 to 5-foot-7 white woman in her early 20s or 30s with brown hair and slender build. She was wearing a dark fleece sweater and dark jeans.

The FBI is searching for a man who is also thought to be involved in the robbery. He is described as a 5-foot-5 to 5-foot-11 white man in his early 20s to early 30s with brown hair that is slightly balding on top, and a slender to medium build. He was last seen wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt and dark pants.
