Flames and smoke rise after controlled film set explosion spreads out of control

What started out as a controlled explosion on a film set ended in chaos as the fire started to spread out of control. 

The London Fire Brigade said the incident happened on Saturday in London. 

Video showed females near the famous O2 Arena. One video was captured by resident Kieran McHugh.

Firefighters were able to get the flames under control shortly after the explosion as four fire engines and around 25 firefighters tackled the flames.

No one was reported hurt and crews remained on the scene throughout the night, fire officials added.
