First-responders pay special tribute to Aurora nurses

In honor of National Nurses Week, which began Monday, Aurora first-responders paid a special tribute to their nurses.

AURORA, Ill. - In honor of National Nurses Week, which began Monday, Aurora first-responders paid a special tribute to their nurses.

There was a motorcade of fire trucks to honor the nurses.

Nurses gathered outside to receive gifts in gratitude for their service to the community.

As part of their appreciation, the firefighters are visiting three different healthcare institutions.
