UTICA, Ill. - Multiple cabin units at Grand Bear Resort at Starved Rock were in flames Monday afternoon.
The Utica Fire Department received a call at about 5:20 p.m.
According to Assistant Fire Chief of Utica Fire Protection District Drew Partian, the fire started on the porch of a cabin.

When the fire department arrived, two cabins were fully involved, and windy conditions did not help.
As of 9:30 p.m., seven cabins were lost completely.

There were no injuries, and 57 fire departments assisted in the fire.

The fire is currently contained, but not under control, Partian said.
Fire officials will remain on scene all night to battle hot spots.
