Humboldt Park neighbors creeped out by disturbing dolls on wires

Humboldt Park residents say they are creeped out by dolls hanging from power lines in their neighborhood.

CHICAGO - Humboldt Park residents say they are creeped out by dolls hanging from power lines in their neighborhood.

The dolls are mangled, defaced, and hanging by nooses.

One has her skirt ripped partway off.

Neighbors told Block Club Chicago they have called the city and ComEd to get them removed.
