Special Report: How missing persons investigations work

In a FOX 32 special report, Anita Padilla looks at how missing persons investigators do their jobs and all the challenges they face in real life.

A 2-year-old boy last seen with his father in April was reunited with his biological mother, Chicago police said Monday.

Joshua "Josh" Mosley Jr. was last seen with his father, Joshua Mosley Sr., in Tampa, Florida, on April 20.

According to police, Mosley Sr. was supposed to bring the child to Chicago and had promised the child's mother he would return him by May 30. However, Mosley Sr. did not return the child as promised.

The child's father was in the custody of the Cook County Sheriff for contempt of court regarding the return of the missing child.
