Protests continue in Charlotte, North Carolina over the police shooting death of Keith Scott.
More than 100 people marched to the Charlotte City Hall last night, and packed the City Council meeting.
They complained to the council members for hours.
Some in the emotionally charged crowd called for the resignations of Charlotte's mayor and police chief.
Even some of the youngest in the audience criticized city leaders and the police.
"The reason why I'm here is to protect the black community. Every morning when I wake up I'm scared I won't grow up to be a black man. I'm here to protest for my kind," said a young boy.
Protesters also want an independent investigation of Keith Scott's death, by the justice department .
Meanwhile, a police source says it has been confirmed the gun police say they found on Scott was stolen.
The source says, a man under arrest in another case told police he sold Scott a stolen gun.
