CHICAGO - A man was stabbed in Streeterville Wednesday evening.
At about 5:38 p.m., a 29-year-old man was in the 300 block of East Illinois when an unknown offender produced a sharp object and stabbed the victim in the wrist, police said. The offender then fled the area.

The victim was transported to an area hospital in good condition.
No one is in custody. Area detectives are investigating.
