CHICAGO - A man was critically wounded after being shot Sunday in Humboldt Park on the West Side.
The man, 27, was outside about 7:45 p.m. in the 800 block of North Trumbull Avenue when someone fired shots, Chicago police said.
He was struck twice in the chest and once in the leg, and taken to Stroger Hospital in critical condition, police said.
Area North detectives are investigating.
