Man shot in the back on Chicago's South Side, but refusing to cooperate with police

CHICAGO - A man who was shot in the back in Chicago on Saturday is refusing to cooperate with police.

Police said the man, 28, was shot on the 1300 block of West 113th Place on the South Side around 5:15 p.m.

He was hit in the back and right elbow and hospitalized in good condition.
