Metra train hits car near Lake Forest, service delayed

LAKE FOREST, Ill. - Metra Union Pacific North line trains were stopped Saturday when a train struck a vehicle near suburban Lake Forest.

Metra announced the crash about 5:20 p.m.

It in not known at this time if there are any injuries resulting from the crash.
