Metra train hits pedestrian
Trains were halted Friday morning in Berwyn after a Metra train hit a pedestrian.
BERWYN, Ill. - A Metra BNSF train fatally struck a pedestrian Friday morning in Berwyn.
Trains were stopped — inbound and outbound — near Harlem Avenue around 6:30 a.m., Metra BNSF said.
Trains began moving again just after 8:30 a.m.
