Charles Russell (Chicago police)
CHICAGO - A 66-year-old man missing from Englewood on the South Side has been located.
Charles Russell was last seen Sept. 25 in the 6800 block of South Winchester Avenue, Chicago police said.
Police on Wednesday said he was found.
