NEW YORK (FOX 5 NY) - An NYPD officer responding to a collision helped get a stranded couple to JFK Airport. The Uber the couple was riding in had been rear-ended.
"A responding officer from the @NYPD113Pct stepped up and went the extra mile, driving them to the airport just in time to make their plane," wrote the 113th Precinct, which is based in Jamaica, Queens, on Twitter.
They also shared the photo of the officer alongside the grateful couple.
