CENTER CITY (WTXF) - Philadelphia Police are looking to identify a number of suspects after they say a group of people assaulted and robbed two young men in Center City.
The incident occurred on Wednesday, July 5 as the two victims walked down the 1100 block of Filbert Street just after 12:30 a.m.
Police say the victims, 18 and 23, were approached by a group of young men and women, who punched both of the victims in the face a number of times.
Surveillance cameras captured the beating and the teens later entering this Crown Fried Chicken right on the block.
Investigators say the 18-year-old victim suffered a broken nose and cuts to his face, and the 23-year-old victim suffered a swollen and cut left eye.
Both of the victims were taken to the hospital and treated for their injuries.
