Police seek suspects in Arlington Heights Subway burglary

SUN-TIMES MEDIA WIRE - Police are asking for the public’s help identifying the suspects in a burglary last week at a Subway restaurant in northwest suburban Arlington Heights.

The break-in occurred about 3 a.m. Nov. 3 at the Subway at Euclid Avenue and Illinois Route 53 in Arlington Heights, according to a statement from Arlington Heights police. The suspects used a pickup that was stolen from Mount Prospect to drive through the front window of the business before taking cash and other items from inside.

The pickup was later recovered in Hanover Park, but none of the suspects have been found, police said.

Anyone with information about the burglary is asked to call police at (847) 368-5300 or submit an anonymous tip to Arlington Heights Crime Stoppers at (847) 590-STOP. Anonymous tips can also be submitted via text to 847411 with “847AHPD” in the message.
