CHICAGO - Protesters blocked an exit in downtown Chicago Monday morning, causing a massive backup on the Kennedy Expressway.
The group started blocking traffic near the Ohio Street exit just before 8 a.m.
SkyFOX was over the scene where several Chicago police squad cars could be seen monitoring slowed traffic.
