A statewide Silver Alert issued for a missing 3-month-old boy in Lafayette, Ind. was canceled Sunday morning. 

The child, Jacob Moneus, was last seen at 12 p.m., Saturday, Aug. 10, according to Lafayette police. 

The alert was initially issued around 6:30 p.m. the same day.

Police believed he was in "extreme danger" and may be in need of medical treatment.
