'Skip the Line' program kicks off at DMV in Calumet Park

CALUMET PARK, Ill. - Seniors in southern Cook County who need to make a trip to the DMV are in store for some big changes.

Thursday marked the kickoff of the Skip The Line services.

Illinois Secretary of State Alexi Giannoulias will be in Calumet Park for the start of the program and will be joined by a group of seniors.

The services covered under the program include physical driving tests and the renewal of driver's licenses.
