OAK LAWN, Illinois - A man from Oak Lawn was killed by a vehicle on Chicago's Far South Side Thursday.
Nicholas Bailey, 30, was hit and killed on West 114th Street in Roseland Thursday afternoon. He died the next day at a hospital in Oak Lawn.
The autopsy ruled his death an accident.
There is no word whether the person who ran him over will be charged.
