Teen fatally stabbed in West Side alley

CHICAGO - An 18-year-old man was fatally stabbed in an alley in Austin Saturday morning. 

The victim was found in the 300 block of North Lorel Avenue at 6:10 a.m. with stab wounds to the chest and abdomen. 

He was pronounced dead on scene. 

No arrests have been reported. The circumstances surrounding the incident remain under investigation by Area Four detectives.
