Teenager shot in the chest while in a car in South Chicago

CHICAGO - A teenager was shot in the chest while in a car in South Chicago on Sunday.

Chicago police said the victim, 18, was in a car on South Buffalo near East 85th around 4:30 p.m. when he was shot.

He was hospitalized in serious condition.

No one is in custody.
