Police are investigating an incident captured on video purportedly showing a daycare worker encouraging children to throw rocks at another kid at a playground.
A worker at a daycare center in Forrest City, Arkansas, quit her job and filed a police report in April saying she witnessed a boy pick up rocks and throw them to the ground and then a teacher telling children to toss rocks at the boy to teach him a lesson. She captured part of the incident on cellphone video, which she gave to police.
A police officer watched the video and submitted a police report.
"I observed approximately 6 toddlers throwing rocks at a white male toddler," the officer wrote in the report, according to Fox 13 Memphis. "The toddler is kneed down covering his face crying. A background voice says, 'He'll learn to stop, ok that's enough.'"
The owner of the daycare told Fox 13 that the former worker who filed the police report is a "disgruntled" employee.
